CEEMIS take pride in being able to offer a flexible Claims Settling / Survey Service that can be specifically tailored to meet our Principals individual requirements. The Service Standard that we provide our Principals includes;

  • Acknowledgement of claim and notification to our Principals within 24 hours
  • Preliminary claim details forwarded within 7 days
  • Adjustment and submission of claim within 7 days of receipt of documented claim file
  • Recovery assessment made by our colleagues in advance of subrogated rights
